Current Status During the COVID-19 Outbreak

It is our priority to keep our community safe in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Over the past two months we have been working remotely using a virtual care model, which we plan to continue with when we feel the client will still benefit from this form of treatment. On May 26 the College of Physiotherapy released the following statement “Physiotherapists and other regulated health professionals can, when necessary precautions and protocols are in place to protect patients and themselves, gradually and carefully begin providing all services, including non-essential services.” As a result of this statement, we will be initiating the first phase of re-opening on June 1st. We will be managing the initial phase of reopening carefully by limiting the number of clients in the clinic as this is required by our college to maintain the safety of our staff and clients. We have put together strict guidelines and clinic protocols regarding in clinic appointments with our clients. We will be resuming Physiotherapy care ONLY at this time. We thank you for your patience as we navigate through this process to ensure your safety. Please contact the clinic by phone (519-541-9899) so that we can book your next appointment and review the protocol that we have in place to ensure your safety during your clinic visit.
